It’s been almost a month since Pokemon Legends ZA released on October 16, and we’re already getting trailers for the DLC.
The trailers show us that strange distortions have begun appearing all over Lumiose City, so it’s up to Team MZ to investigate.
With the help of a little girl named Ansha and Hoopa, you can open a portal to a strange and uncanny version of Lumiose City.
Other dimensions aren’t new for the series, but what is new is that the Pokemon who live in this dimension are all over level 100.

This is the first time the series has exceeded its traditional level cap of just 100, proving once again that when it comes to the Legends series, Game Freak isn’t afraid to experiment and take risks.
To further explore Hyperspace, you need to help Ansha bake donuts. Gather berries, and Ansha will make donuts to feed to Hoopa, awakening its power so it can open new rifts into different parts of Hyperspace Lumiose.

In fact, Ansha can even make Special Donuts out of berries you find in Hyperspace, and while it isn’t quite clear what they can do yet, judging by their designs we have some guesses. They’ll probably be used to open portals that lead to legendaries with Mega Evolution or Mega Evolution-like forms such as Mega Rayquaza, Primal Kyogre, and Primal Groudon.
Another returning face to the series is Korrina. She was once the Shalour City Fighting-type Gym Leader back in the original Pokemon X and Y, but now it seems she has taken her grandfather’s place as a Mega Evolution guru.

Of course, more old Pokemon will be getting Mega Evolution, such as Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur, who, if I’m not mistaken, is the first Generation 9 Pokemon to get a Mega.
More Mega Evolutions will be revealed this month on November 19. The entire DLC will be available on December 10, 2025, just in time for the holidays.

However, a Mega Evolution you can get right now is Mega Diancie. Starting today, you can receive a Diancite via Mystery Gift. This Mega Stone unlocks a new side mission called “Shine Bright Like a Gemstone,” where you can capture Diancie. Fortunately, you do not need to purchase the DLC in order to receive the Mystery Gift or access the side mission—just complete the game’s main story.

Now, after all that news, I’m sure we’re all eagerly awaiting what Pokemon announces next!
