Leaks point to multiple iPhone 17 models and upgraded Apple hardware

  • Images published on Naver by user yeux1122 appear to show an internal component alleged to be from Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max. Observers note the tray’s unusual cutouts and spacing, details that, if genuine, could point to a rethought internal layout or battery architecture. Apple has not confirmed the images; treat them as potential, unverified leaks. (Photo from blog.naver.com/yeux1122)

Apple appears to have inadvertently revealed details of multiple forthcoming products inside its software, according to reports emerging from code and leaked images.

The disclosures point to several possible new devices for this fall, including multiple iPhone 17 variants.

Industry leaks and reporting suggest Apple is testing a thinner “iPhone Air” model and that the iPhone 17 Pro Max could adopt a metal-clad battery. If accurate, the metal battery would likely increase capacity and require a reworked internal layout to manage heat and fitment.

The same software cache reportedly references refreshed HomePod mini hardware, an upgraded Apple TV with A17 Pro-class graphics, and new chips for the Apple Watch Series 11.

The material surfaced from a mix of code inspection and images shared on the Korean site Naver. The Economic Times of India reported that photos posted by Naver user “yeux1122” show internal design mockups that hint at the metal battery for the Pro Max. Apple has not commented on the reports.

Taken together, the leaks — if validated — compress the timeline for an already busy fall release schedule and underscore how tightly Apple’s hardware and software roadmaps are coordinated.

TechWatchPh would like to caution the readers that until Apple confirms specifics, the details should be treated as provisional indicators rather than final specifications.
