Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is removing InstaPay transfer fees for users of its RCBC Pulz app starting July 4, 2026.
In a Facebook post, RCBC said customers may send money to other local banks through RCBC Pulz with ₱0 InstaPay fees. The offer applies to the first 30 InstaPay transfers per month, with a minimum transfer amount of ₱100.
“Say goodbye to transfer fees,” RCBC said in its announcement.
The move gives RCBC Pulz users another incentive to use the bank’s digital platform for everyday money transfers, especially for customers who regularly send funds to accounts in other local banks.
RCBC said the Pulz app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
RCBC, formally Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Its deposits are insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation up to ₱1 million per depositor.
