A new wave of cyberattacks has targeted several well-known technology and consumer companies, exposing once again how persistent and sophisticated digital threats have become for global brands.

According to a Bloomberg News report citing statements from company representatives, Bumble, Match Group, Panera Bread and CrunchBase were all affected by cybersecurity incidents this week, underscoring the ongoing risk environment for both tech platforms and everyday services.

Bumble, the dating app widely used around the world, confirmed that attackers gained access via a contractor’s account but stressed that the intruders did not reach its core systems β€” including member databases, profiles, direct messages or accounts.

Tinder’s parent company, Match Group, similarly disclosed an incident affecting a limited subset of user data but said there was no evidence that login credentials, private communications or financial information were accessed.Β  Panera Bread, the U.S. bakery-cafΓ© chain, acknowledged that the breach involved contact information and has alerted authorities to the matter.

CrunchBase, a prominent business intelligence platform, reported that certain documents on its corporate network were accessed but said the company contained the incident.
