The latest generation of fitness bands is beginning to blur the line between simple activity trackers and full-fledged smart wearables. With the HUAWEI Band 11 Series, HUAWEI is positioning the lightweight device as a daily performance companion that supports movement, training recovery, and everyday convenience.
Designed for people who want health insights without the bulk of a smartwatch, the HUAWEI Band 11 Series combines an ultra-thin design with smartwatch-level capabilities. The band features an AMOLED display, AI-powered running guidance, and professional-grade health monitoring tools in a compact wearable built for all-day use.
The device also builds on HUAWEI’s global momentum in wearables. According to IDC’s Worldwide Quarterly Wearable Device Tracker, HUAWEI ranked first globally in wearable shipments and market share for the first three quarters of 2025.
Lifestyle content creator Jae Miranda says the band fits seamlessly into an active urban routine that mixes fitness and everyday mobility. Its 8.99-millimeter slim profile and lightweight 16-to-18 gram design allow the band to remain comfortable during long days that may start with a jog and end with late-night content editing.
The wearable also features a 1.62-inch AMOLED display designed for quick visibility outdoors. With brightness levels reaching up to 2,000 nits on the HUAWEI Band 11 Pro and 1,500 nits on the standard Band 11, users can check key health metrics such as steps, heart rate, or sleep data even under bright sunlight. The upgraded Hex grid interface also organizes information into glanceable panels, allowing users to quickly view training insights during workouts or daily routines.
Battery endurance remains a core focus of the device. The HUAWEI Band 11 Series can run for up to 14 days on a single charge, supporting extended use without frequent charging interruptions.
For fitness-focused users, the band expands its capabilities with more than 100 sports modes. Fitness influencer Marline Capones highlights how the wearable functions as a smart training companion across running, cycling, and structured workout sessions.
The HUAWEI Band 11 Pro integrates independent GPS (GNSS), allowing users to track distance, pace, and routes without carrying a smartphone. The device also introduces a Track Run Mode that compensates for lane distances in stadium tracks, helping provide more accurate lap measurements.
Running posture analysis further adds advanced performance data, measuring metrics such as ground contact time, vertical oscillation, and left-right balance. These insights are designed to help runners improve efficiency and reduce injury risks during training.
The device also emphasizes recovery monitoring. Through recovery mode, heart rate variability tracking, and AI-powered running plans, users receive personalized training insights and performance forecasts to guide their progress.
Accessibility features are also included. Wheelchair Mode tracks pushes and supports dedicated wheelchair workouts, expanding activity monitoring to different forms of movement.
For athletes like basketball player and content creator Tyler Tio, durability and comfort are key considerations. The HUAWEI Band 11 Pro uses a nylon-woven strap designed to be antibacterial and water-repellent, while the standard Band 11 includes a breathable strap suited for extended wear.
The wearable’s health tracking also extends beyond workouts. Real-time heart rate monitoring, TruSleep 4.0 sleep breathing awareness, and nap summaries help users monitor recovery and overall wellness. The band also supports CE-certified pulse-wave arrhythmia analysis and all-day heart rate variability tracking.
Beyond health monitoring, the band integrates everyday smart functions. Users can make QR payments through GCash Watch Pay, respond to messages using quick replies, and manage notifications directly from the device.
Compatible with both Android and iOS devices, the band works alongside the HUAWEI Health ecosystem to provide ongoing health insights while remaining unobtrusive in daily use.
In the Philippines, the HUAWEI Band 11 is priced starting at PHP 2,399, while the HUAWEI Band 11 Pro is available starting at PHP 4,499. The devices are available through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, the HUAWEI Online Store, and HUAWEI Experience Stores nationwide.
For a limited time, HUAWEI is also offering discounts of up to PHP 1,100 on the HUAWEI Band 11 Pro and up to PHP 400 on the HUAWEI Band 11, along with optional add-ons such as HUAWEI Watch Face VIP and a one-month HUAWEI Health+ membership available through the HUAWEI Health app.
