Canva has confirmed that its platform is fully back up and running following a brief service interruption that affected users earlier.
“Good news, Canva is back up and running,” the company said in a statement, apologizing for the inconvenience caused by the outage. It also thanked users for their patience while restoration efforts were underway.
Canva confirmed that it experienced a service disruption after its content delivery network (CDN) provider, Cloudflare, encountered an outage that affected platform accessibility.
In a post shared on its official social media account, Canva said: “Our CDN provider, Cloudflare, is experiencing an outage that’s impacting Canva. It’s not the experience we want for you and we’re working with them to get things back up and running.”
The company also thanked users for their patience as teams worked to restore services and bring operations back to normal.
Minutes later, Canva announced that the platform was fully operational again, apologizing for the temporary inconvenience and assuring users that access had been restored.
No further technical details were immediately given on the cause or the full scope of the outage.
