Google AI Plus now available in PH, expanding access to AI

Google has rolled out its AI Plus subscription to 40 additional countries, including the Philippines, giving more users access to advanced generative AI tools and services at an affordable price.

The plan offers expanded AI access, with higher limits for the “Nano Banana” image generation and editing model inside the Gemini app, along with more usage of Veo 3 Fast, Google’s video-generation model. These tools can be directly used in Gemini and connected with creative filmmaking platforms such as Whisk and Flow, enabling new forms of digital storytelling.

For productivity, AI Plus integrates Gemini across Google Workspace apps like Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, streamlining daily tasks and helping users work smarter.

Subscribers also receive 200 GB of storage spread across Google Drive, Photos, and Gmail, ensuring secure and accessible file management.

The plan is built with inclusivity in mind, as it can be shared with up to five family members, extending its benefits beyond individual users.

By bringing AI Plus to emerging markets like the Philippines, Google is broadening access to the same tools that are transforming creativity, work, and everyday digital life worldwide.

The entry-level plan, Google AI Plus, is priced at P139 per month for six months. It includes 200 GB of storage, access to the Gemini app with Model 2.5 Pro and Deep Research, and limited use of Veo 3 Fast for video generation.

Subscribers also receive monthly AI credits for Flow and Whisk, Google’s filmmaking and image-to-video tools, along with access to NotebookLM for research and writing, and seamless Gemini integration in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.

For those requiring higher capacity, the Google AI Pro plan is available at P1,100 per month, with the first month free.

This tier provides 2 TB of storage and expanded access to Gemini 2.5 Pro, Veo 3 Fast, Flow, and Whisk, alongside 1,000 monthly AI credits.

It also enhances NotebookLM with more Audio Overviews and notebooks, and includes developer-focused tools such as Gemini Code Assist, Gemini CLI, and Jules, the asynchronous coding agent. Like the base plan, Gemini is built into Gmail, Docs, and Sheets to streamline everyday tasks.

At the top end, Google AI Ultra is priced at P13,900 per month, discounted to P6,900 per month for the first three months.

This premium tier offers 30 TB of storage, the highest usage limits, and exclusive access to 2.5 Deep Think, Google’s most advanced reasoning model.

It provides the most powerful features for Veo 3, Flow, and Whisk, with 25,000 monthly AI credits, as well as the most advanced capabilities for NotebookLM once they roll out.

Ultra subscribers also gain the highest-level access to agentic features in Google Search, additional developer tools, and added perks such as a YouTube Premium individual plan and early access to Project Mariner in the US.
