Ignite 2025 by RevConnex Solutions showcases Filipino talent in healthcare outsourcing

RevConnex Solutions marked a milestone in the country’s healthcare outsourcing sector with the successful staging of Ignite 2025, a gathering of professionals, trainees, and industry leaders in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Virtual Assistance (MVA).
The event, held on August 23 at The Company Manila, featured training sessions, keynote addresses, and recognition rites that underscored the growing role of Filipino talent in the global healthcare outsourcing market.
RevConnex CEO and co-founder Arnel P. Natividad opened the program by stressing the importance of discipline and continuous learning for healthcare professionals serving international clients, while also sharing insights into the evolving U.S. healthcare outsourcing landscape.
Meanwhile, government support was highlighted through the participation of ICT Industry Development Bureau Director Emmy Lou V. Delfin, who emphasized the need for capacity-building in digital healthcare.
Partner clients, including PhoenixMed Health Team, also shared perspectives on strengthening collaboration with Filipino professionals.
RevConnex co-founder and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer MK Bertulfo, in her talk “Humans + AI: The Discipline That Sets Us Apart,” drew attention to the importance of balancing technology with human capability.
A highlight of Ignite 2025 was the recognition of the Pioneer Batch of the RCM Masterclass, the first group to complete RevConnex’s intensive training program. Graduates and mentors shared testimonials on how the program enhanced their skills and opened new career opportunities in global healthcare support.
The event also showcased collaborations with partners such as The Company Manila and FHMoms, alongside exhibitors from creative and wellness industries including New You Collagen Drink, VCreative Design Studio, Likha Studios, Rawfile Studio, YAM Agency, and MP Nieva’s Flowershop.
The program closed with awarding ceremonies and a networking session, fostering stronger ties among professionals and industry stakeholders.
