LG Electronics’ artificial intelligence-powered communications platform, PRISM AI, has won the Best AI Tool or Product category at the 2026 IN2 SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific.
The recognition highlights the platform’s use of large language models and deep learning to measure public relations performance and provide real-time insights for communications teams.
PRISM AI analyzes millions of news articles covering 200 markets and 30 brands worldwide. It assesses media coverage, competitive positioning, and emerging narratives to help executives and communications professionals make faster, data-driven decisions.
The platform produces metrics such as its PR Score and CI Index. It also uses contextual keyword analysis and AI agents to convert large volumes of media data into reports and actionable recommendations.
According to LG, global communications consultancy Burson validated PRISM AI’s evaluation methodology and measurement metrics, strengthening the platform’s credibility as a communications intelligence tool.
PRISM AI was also named a finalist in the Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications category of the 2026 SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific.
Presented by PRovoke Media, the SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific recognize work in branding, reputation, and engagement. The IN2 SABRE Awards, part of the broader awards program, focus on innovation involving AI, analytics, digital engagement, and emerging communications technologies.
LG developed PRISM AI as part of its wider AI transformation strategy. The company said it sought to apply a consistent, data-driven framework to measuring and improving communications performance across international markets.
“PRISM AI enables us to objectively measure communications impact across markets and derive strategic insights from our activities — supporting LG’s business portfolio transformation and differentiated market strategies around the globe,” said Thomas Yoon, executive vice president of LG Electronics’ Overseas Sales and Marketing Company.
Yoon described the platform as an important tool for making decisions with greater speed and precision.
Cho Jung-bum, head of the AX Center of LG Electronics’ Chief Strategy Office, said PRISM AI combines the company’s global public relations experience with its AI transformation capabilities.
“PRISM AI exemplifies how AX is taking root not only within LG Electronics but across LG Group as a whole — moving beyond individual tools to reshape how LG operates,” Cho said.
The award demonstrates the growing role of AI in corporate communications, where organizations are increasingly using automated analysis to monitor narratives, evaluate media performance, and guide global strategies.
