GrabPay cuts InstaPay transfer fee to ₱10

GrabPay has reduced its InstaPay transfer fee from ₱15 to ₱10, giving users a lower charge when sending money to participating banks and electronic wallets.
The new fee took effect on Saturday, July 11, according to an advisory released by GrabPay.
“Today, we’ve lowered your InstaPay transfer fee from ₱15 to ₱10,” the company said.
GrabPay attributed the reduction to the growing number of Filipinos using its digital payment service, which it said helped lower the cost of processing transactions.
“As more Filipinos choose GrabPay, we’re able to lower the cost of providing the service,” the company said. “When that happens, we believe those savings should go back to you.”
The company added that it would continue reducing its charges whenever operational savings allow it.
“Thank you for choosing GrabPay. Whenever we can lower our fees, we will,” GrabPay said.
