LANDBANK will make online fund transfers free starting July 7, allowing retail clients to send money at no cost through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App (MBA) and iAccess.

The zero-fee policy covers both InstaPay and PESONet transactions. It will also extend to Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) clients worldwide.

The move expands LANDBANK’s earlier initiative launched on June 1, 2026, which waived fees for eligible person-to-government transactions via QRPh. With the latest adjustment, the bank said clients can manage personal fund transfers and government transactions through a single account without additional fees.

LANDBANK Chairman and Finance Secretary Frederick D. Go said the removal of transfer fees would help households and businesses save on everyday transactions.

“Every peso saved on transfer fees is a peso that Filipino families can spend on their daily needs and that businesses can reinvest in growth. LANDBANK once again is leading by example and I hope all financial institutions will continue lowering or removing the cost of digital transactions for every Filipino,” Go said.

The bank said the initiative is part of its broader push to accelerate digital financial inclusion and make banking services more affordable and efficient for Filipinos.

LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz said the expanded zero-fee framework is meant to directly support workers, small business owners, and overseas Filipinos who rely on digital banking for daily transactions.

“By expanding our zero-fee digital framework from government payments to everyday retail transfers, we want to ensure that our banking services directly uplift our workers, small business owners, and overseas Filipinos,” Ortiz said. “Our focus remains on keeping our platforms secure, reliable, and accessible to everyone, helping our clients stay connected to their families and businesses without the burden of extra costs.”

LANDBANK said the policy supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to strengthen digital financial services and expand access to affordable banking services.

The bank added that the initiative is also aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Circular No. 1238.
