The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has rolled out its first-ever Interactive Digital Tax Calendar for 2026, marking another step in the agency’s broader push toward digitalization and easier tax compliance.
The new tool was formally introduced through the issuance of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 110-2025 and is now accessible online via the BIR’s official website.
Designed for both individual taxpayers and tax practitioners, the interactive calendar allows users to track tax return filing schedules and payment deadlines in a more streamlined and visual format.
Unlike the traditional static tax calendars previously released by the agency, the digital version features a full-year view covering all twelve months, with clickable dates that display specific tax reminders for each day.
Users can quickly see which tax returns or payments are due on a given date without having to cross-reference multiple issuances.
The platform also integrates direct access to essential BIR resources. Embedded links lead users to downloadable BIR forms, the BIR directory, and the list of authorized agent banks per revenue district office, as well as the agency’s official social media accounts.
A built-in guide section walks users through how to navigate the calendar, while a dedicated contacts page lists the BIR National Office’s contact details.
According to the BIR, the interactive tax calendar is intended to reduce missed deadlines and improve overall compliance by making tax information easier to access and understand in one centralized digital space.
“The development of the interactive digital tax calendar is part of the BIR’s digitalization efforts to provide taxpayers and other concerned stakeholders with easy access to the daily tax reminders and quick links to the BIR Forms that they need to file. We encourage all taxpayers to access the interactive digital Tax Calendar and use it as their Guide to Tax Compliance,” said Commissioner Charlito Martin R. Mendoza.
Taxpayers can access the 2026 Interactive Digital Tax Calendar through the BIR website or via the agency’s published access link, as the bureau continues to expand the use of digital tools to modernize tax administration and public service delivery.
