As Quezon City marks its 146th founding anniversary and the birth of former President Manuel L. Quezon today, residents are getting an extra treat from foodpanda’s FOODTRIP voucher.

To celebrate the August 19 holiday, the platform is offering a FOODTRIP voucher that gives 50 percent cashback up to ₱500 for a minimum order of ₱399. The promo is valid (only August 19) while redemptions last.

Quezon City Day is a special non-working holiday, allowing students, employees, and residents to pause from their routines while honoring Quezon’s legacy as the “Father of the National Language.”

The company said the offer aims to let QC citizens enjoy the holiday at home with convenient food delivery from a wide selection of restaurants—from comfort meals and ramen bowls to pizzas, sweet treats, and milk teas.

On QC Day, everyone can celebrate in their own way—whether it’s the series marathoner enjoying binge-worthy shows with delivery-friendly chicken, the rainy-day lounger cozying up with ramen or lugaw, the dessert-first believer indulging in cakes and gelato, the barkada host keeping the squad happy with pizzas, the indulger finally treating themselves to steaks or sushi, or the all-day sipper unwinding with milk tea.

No matter the vibe, the day becomes the perfect chance to savor comfort, company, and cravings delivered straight to their door.

“So go ahead, celebrate your way, feed your cravings, and let great food and exciting deals come straight to you. No traffic, no cooking, no clean-up—just a day well enjoyed,” said foodpanda.
