Lenovo has expanded its Yoga portfolio with two AI-powered laptops, two tablets, and new intelligent software features designed to help content creators, developers, and digital professionals handle demanding workloads and move projects across devices.

The latest additions include the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9n, Yoga 9n 2-in-1, Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2, and Yoga Tab Gen 2, alongside the Lenovo Smart Canvas Concept and new Lenovo Qira capabilities.

The expansion highlights Lenovo’s push toward AI-powered computing, combining NVIDIA RTX Spark technology, local AI processing, and cross-device connectivity to support content creation, software development, digital illustration, and collaboration.

Unlike conventional AI features that rely on individual applications, the new Yoga laptops are designed to support more complex workflows through locally running AI models and specialized AI agents.

β€œCreative work increasingly spans multiple applications, devices, and ways of interacting,” said Jun Ouyang, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Segment at Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group.

β€œWith the latest Yoga portfolio, we’re bringing together high-performance local computing, flexible form factors, and more personal cross-device experiences. This gives creators and developers specialized tools for different stages of their work while reducing friction as projects move between devices and applications,” he added.

AI-powered laptops for demanding workloads

Leading the new lineup is the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9n (15”, 11), a premium laptop powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark and equipped with up to 128GB of unified memory.

The device is designed to handle demanding tasks such as local AI development, high-resolution video editing, 3D rendering, and software development.

Its NVIDIA RTX platform also supports gaming, allowing users to switch between professional creative applications and RTX-enabled titles.

The laptop features a 15.3-inch 2.5K PureSight Pro OLED display with a variable refresh rate of up to 165Hz, a 9.2-megapixel infrared camera, and a haptic Force Pad with pen support.

Lenovo also incorporated its X Power thermal architecture to maintain performance during intensive workloads.

Meanwhile, the Lenovo Yoga 9n 2-in-1 (16”, 11) combines NVIDIA RTX Spark with a 360-degree convertible design and up to 64GB of unified memory.

The device supports multiple operating modes, including Laptop, Tablet, Tent, Stand, and Canvas, allowing creators to sketch, edit, present, and collaborate using a single machine.

One of its features is dual-surface pen input, enabling users to draw or write directly on either the 16-inch PureSight Pro OLED display or the haptic Force Pad.

Paired with the Yoga Pen Gen 2, the laptop supports pressure-sensitive input, tilt detection, and palm rejection for more precise digital illustration and editing.

It also features a six-speaker Dolby Atmos audio system and a display with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

Lenovo introduces AI-powered Yoga tablets

Alongside the laptops, Lenovo introduced the Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 and Yoga Tab Gen 2, expanding its tablet lineup with AI-assisted creative and productivity features.

Both tablets support Lenovo AI Vision, Smart AI Input, AI Creation Tools, AI Note, Live Transcript, and Lenovo Qira.

These features allow users to capture and develop ideas through handwriting, voice commands, visual input, and touch interactions.

The tablets also support 8,192 levels of pen pressure sensitivity, tilt detection, and palm rejection.

The Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 features a 13-inch 4K PureSight Pro display and runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform with Qualcomm Oryon CPU.

Designed for digital artists and professionals, the device supports an optional magnetic keyboard and Tab Pen Pro 2 for transitioning between creative work and productivity tasks.

The more compact Yoga Tab Gen 2, meanwhile, features an 11.1-inch 4K display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor.

Weighing approximately 480 grams, the tablet is designed for users who prioritize portability while maintaining access to AI-assisted tools for sketching, note-taking, and everyday productivity.

Both tablets are set to ship with Android 17 and are expected to receive seven operating system upgrades through Android 24, along with security updates through 2033, subject to Lenovo’s rollout schedules.

Lenovo Qira connects creative workflows across devices

Beyond hardware, Lenovo is expanding its AI ecosystem through Lenovo Qira, its built-in personal ambient intelligence designed to maintain context as users move between supported devices.

The system is intended to help creators capture ideas, retain relevant information, and resume unfinished work without repeatedly restarting their workflows.

Lenovo also showcased its Smart Canvas Concept, a cross-device experience that allows users to begin a project on one compatible device and continue developing it on another.

At Lenovo Innovation World, the company demonstrated the concept using the Yoga AIO i Aura Edition and Yoga Tab Gen 2.

The demonstration highlighted how voice, pen, camera, and touch inputs could work together across connected devices.

β€œGreat ideas don’t always happen at a desk, and they don’t always begin with a keyboard,” said Johnson Jia, Senior Vice President of the Global Innovation Center at Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group.

β€œThe latest Yoga tablets allow users to capture and develop ideas through pen, voice, vision, and touch. Together with Lenovo Qira and Lenovo Smart Canvas Concept, they make it easier to continue creating across devices as the work evolves,” he added.

The latest Yoga expansion reflects Lenovo’s broader strategy of integrating personal AI across multiple devices, allowing users to access intelligent computing capabilities throughout different stages of their work.

Lenovo has not specified Philippine pricing or local availability for the newly announced devices in the provided announcement. Some AI features may also vary depending on market, device configuration, software compatibility, and connectivity requirements.
