Lawyer-built digital platform moves to bring free online legal aid to thousands of qualified Filipinos
“LAWYERSPH.COM” (https://www.lawyersph.com), a digital platform created to connect Filipinos with verified Philippine lawyers and make legal services more accessible, is now undertaking the process of securing accreditation from the Supreme Court of the Philippines as a Registered Organization.
Upon approval, LAWYERSPH.COM intends to organize and facilitate free online legal-aid services, enabling volunteer lawyers to assist thousands of qualified Filipinos who may otherwise have difficulty obtaining legal advice.
The platform was founded and independently built by Atty. Daiza Anne Mercado, a Philippine lawyer with no formal technical or programming background. As its sole developer, content creator, marketer, and project manager, she has handled every stage of the initiativeβfrom designing its legal-service features and building its online presence to promoting the platform and engaging the legal community.

Using accessible digital and AI-assisted tools, Atty. Mercado transformed her firsthand experience as a lawyer into a working legal-technology platform designed to address real gaps in access to legal information and professional services.
The initiative forms part of LAWYERSPH.COMβs broader mission to improve access to justice, strengthen public trust in legal services, and help lawyers contribute their time and expertise to underserved communities.
While the accreditation process remains ongoing, LAWYERSPH.COM continues to develop its lawyer directory and digital legal-practice tools.
