Philippines Chief Information Officer Association (PCIOA) President and Chairman Mel Migriño is set to represent the Philippines at the PROPEL Annual Leadership Forum in Singapore as one of the regional speakers during the official launch of the ASEAN CXO Association.
Migriño will deliver the welcome remarks and provide the strategic framing for the ASEAN Women-in-Tech Wisdom Council in her role as ACXOA Women-in-Tech Wisdom Council President, setting the council’s direction and advancing initiatives across ASEAN member countries.
She leads the council’s regional track, “Empowering Growth: Setting a Vision for an Inclusive and Diverse Digital Economy”.

“Through PCIOA, we hope to bring the Philippine voice to the regional conversation on security, inclusion, and digital growth. This is an opportunity to work with ASEAN leaders in building a safer and more inclusive digital future,” Migriño said.
The ASEAN CXO Association (ACXOA) is a regional leadership platform based in Singapore that unites C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and CEOs, to drive digital transformation, sustainability, and economic resilience across Southeast Asia.
Her participation places PCIOA on a regional platform that brings together ASEAN leaders, decision-makers, and industry representatives to discuss digital inclusion, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Aside from Migriño, the program will include Dr. Sylvia Hii of Malaysia, Digital Liveable Cities, Wisdom Council President; and Dr. Porametee Vimolsiri of Thailand, Boardroom & Baseline Chairman of Board of Committee.
The event will also be graced by Satvinder Singh, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for the ASEAN Economic Community.
The event forms part of the official welcome and warm-up for the 9th ASEAN CXO Forum, carrying the theme “CHANGE is Constant: Towards an Innovative, Sustainable and Digitally Inclusive ASEAN.”
It will take place on July 7, 2026, at the Hilton Hotel, Orchard Road, Singapore.
