New flagship device aims to redefine mobile photography and cultural storytelling

OPPO is taking a creative leap forward as it prepares for the global launch of its Find X9 Series on October 28 in Barcelona, following its successful debut in China.

The flagship line goes beyond technical innovation, highlighting how mobile photography can capture and celebrate cultural stories across the world.

The Find X9 Series continues OPPO’s collaboration with Hasselblad, known for its precision and heritage in photography. Its Hasselblad Master Camera System, powered by OPPO’s in-house LUMO Image Engine, promises professional-grade color accuracy and tone. The Find X9 Pro features a 200MP Hasselblad Telephoto camera, co-developed and calibrated to meet Hasselblad’s strict optical standards, enabling users to capture distant subjects with exceptional detail.

Beyond still photography, the series offers cinematic video capabilities including 4K 120fps recording in Dolby Vision and LOG recording with ACES support, designed for creators who want professional-level control. Added features like Stage Mode and AI Sound Focus make it ideal for capturing concerts and live performances with clear visuals and sound.

Running on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, the Find X9 Series also introduces OPPO’s third-generation silicon-carbon battery, capable of lasting up to two days of average use. The latest ColorOS 16 ensures a smoother, more intelligent experience across devices, from smartphones to PCs and Macs.

In partnership with the Discovery Channel, OPPO’s campaigns Every Culture Finds Its Stage and Culture in a Shot have spanned 15 countries, encouraging creators to document local traditions and festivals through the Find X9’s lens. This year, the collaboration turns its focus to cultural performances on stage, inviting communities to share their art and heritage from every corner of the world.
