TechWatch Philippines appoints Sonny Daanoy as Associate Editor

TechWatch Philippines Inc. has appointed Sonny Daanoy as its new Associate Editor, reinforcing the publication’s editorial leadership as it continues to expand its coverage of technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and innovation.

Prior to his appointment, Daanoy served as Content Development Head of Truth360 Inc., where he led content strategy and development initiatives supporting the organization’s communications and digital media operations.

Before joining Truth360, Daanoy was a national reporter for the Manila Bulletin, where he covered various beats and built extensive experience in news reporting, feature writing, and editorial content development.

As Associate Editor, Daanoy will oversee the day-to-day editorial operations of TechWatch Philippines, ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful coverage across its digital platforms. He will report directly to TechWatchPH CEO and Editor In Tech Art Samaniego Jr., who leads the publication’s editorial direction and growth.
