Radenta Technologies has expanded its technical training initiatives through Radenta Academy, which now offers seven TESDA-accredited courses aimed at helping college students and professionals build skills in cybersecurity, data analytics, contact center operations, robotics, and automation.
Among the newly highlighted programs are Cyber Threat Monitoring I, Contact Center Services NC II, and Data Analytics Level III, all designed to provide job-ready skills aligned with the growing demand for digital and technology-related roles in the country.
The Cyber Threat Monitoring course focuses on proactive network monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and security alert analysis using industry-standard cybersecurity tools and protocols. The 144-hour program offers entry-level cybersecurity training and can lead to roles such as Cybersecurity Analyst I, Cybersecurity Support Staff, and Help Desk Staff. Graduates may also earn a Certificate of Competency and National Certification after assessment.
Meanwhile, the Contact Center Services NC II program is designed to strengthen communication, customer handling, and operational skills for modern contact center environments. The course trains students to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions while using English as the primary communication medium. Career opportunities include customer service, technical support, and service desk roles.
Radenta Academy also placed strong focus on data analytics, with its Data Analytics Level III course introducing students to data preparation, statistical analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Looker Studio.
The 144-hour program is divided into four modules covering statistical concepts, data cleaning, data summarization, and interactive dashboard creation. Students will also learn data privacy fundamentals under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and gain exposure to visualization platforms such as Google Looker Studio and introductory Microsoft Power BI.
Beyond analytics and cybersecurity, Radenta Academy’s Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) program also offers robotics and virtual reality integration courses, including Collaborative Robot Programming Level III, Mobile Robotics System Servicing Level II, and AI Prompting for Automation Level III.
According to the academy, the programs are designed to support workforce readiness as industries continue adopting automation, AI-driven systems, and digital transformation technologies.
Radenta Academy is a TESDA-accredited Technical Vocational Institute established by Radenta Technologies, a local solutions integrator focused on enterprise and digital technology services.
