Huawei launches 4-in-1 PC-like productivity tablet MatePad 11.5

Huawei has introduced the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 (2026) Dynamic Edition, positioning the new tablet as an affordable, PC-like productivity companion for students, young professionals, and everyday multitaskers.

Priced at PHP 19,999, the MatePad 11.5 (2026) Dynamic Edition is designed to deliver a laptop-style experience in a more portable form factor, combining PC-level productivity apps, detachable keyboard support, and all-day battery life.

Huawei said the tablet supports PC-level WPS Office 2.0, allowing users to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly on the device. With keyboard shortcuts and mouse support, everyday tasks such as writing reports, preparing school requirements, and managing emails can be done without a traditional laptop.

The device also features built-in multitasking tools, including resizable app windows, Floating Multi-Window, App Twin for side-by-side viewing, and SuperHub, which enables drag-and-drop file transfers across compatible Huawei devices.

For note-taking and idea capture, the tablet comes with HUAWEI Notes, which includes AI Handwriting Enhancement that converts handwritten notes into polished text. Users can customize pages with different paper styles, covers, and writing tools, supporting both productivity and creative work.

The MatePad 11.5 (2026) Dynamic Edition supports the HUAWEI Smart Keyboard, allowing users to switch easily between tablet and PC-like modes. Mouse compatibility further enhances precision and ease of navigation, making the device suitable for both work and study environments.

Built for mobility, the tablet weighs 515 grams and measures 6.1mm thin, with an all-metal unibody design finished in gray. Despite its slim profile, it houses a 10,100mAh battery, providing over 14 hours of local video playback on a single charge.

The device supports 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge, enabling a full charge in about 94 minutes, while a short 30-minute charge delivers hours of use. It also supports magnetic wireless charging for the stylus.

As part of its launch offer, Huawei is bundling productivity accessories worth up to PHP 19,896, including the HUAWEI Smart Keyboard, HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd Generation with NearLink), PC-level WPS Office, and a HUAWEI Bluetooth Mouse.

The promotional offer runs from January 9 to January 15, 2026, with a special selling period from January 15 to January 18, available via the Huawei Online Store and official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Huawei said the new MatePad aims to make PC-like productivity more accessible, offering a flexible alternative for users who want to work and study efficiently anytime, anywhere.
