Pioneer House BGC is setting a new bar for sustainable commercial spaces after earning a LEED Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council, positioning it among the country’s most forward-looking workplaces.
The recognition highlights how the building integrates a suite of modern sustainability features—such as EV charging stations, rainwater management systems, and advanced energy and water efficiency measures—to support both environmental performance and day-to-day operations.
“We are proud to be recognized for our long-standing commitment to creating future-ready workplaces that care for both people and the environment,” said Jeremy Coyukiat, Pioneer’s Property Development Head.
His statement reflects how Pioneer House BGC uses technology-driven design elements to reduce waste, optimize resources, and promote responsible building practices.
Beyond its LEED Gold achievement, the building is also WELL Gold Precertified, underscoring its focus on health-centered design that enhances the well-being of occupants.
Together, the two frameworks establish Pioneer House BGC as a workplace built around measurable performance, long-term resilience, and a clear commitment to modern sustainability standards.
This is Pioneer’s third LEED-certified property, following the Platinum distinction of Pioneer House Cagayan de Oro and the Gold Certification of Pioneer House Manila.
With full completion set for the first quarter of 2026, Pioneer House BGC continues to demonstrate how technology-informed building features can help shape the next generation of work environments.
