Women in Security Alliance Philippines (WiSAP), an inclusive industry association for cybersecurity professionals, has joined forces with Wissen International Pte Ltd, a leading provider of cybersecurity competency development and the exclusive distributor of EC-Council in 10 Asia Pacific countries to strengthen the nation’s cybersecurity capabilities.

Through the partnership, WiSAP, via Wissen International, will deliver free foundational cybersecurity training courses to Filipinos, empowering more individuals to gain essential skills in digital defense.

“This partnership with Wissen International is a milestone for Filipinos aspiring to build their careers in cybersecurity. By opening access to free foundational training and affordable learning pathways, we are giving more people the opportunity to develop the skills needed to protect our digital future,” said Mel Migriño, WiSAP Chair and President.

“Together, we are not only creating more professionals in the field, but also fostering a safer and more resilient online community for every Filipino,” she added.

WiSAP members and their communities will also enjoy competitive discounts and specialized training packages offered by Wissen.

Beyond training, Wissen International will collaborate with WiSAP in various thought leadership initiatives, further contributing to the local cybersecurity ecosystem and inspiring more Filipinos—especially women—to take active roles in the field.

Mr. Breyvan Tan, Founder and Managing Director of Wissen International, represented the organization on the signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOU)

”We are honored to partner with WiSAP in making cybersecurity education more accessible to Filipinos. Our mission has always been to develop competency and raise global standards in cybersecurity, and through this collaboration, we can empower more individuals with the right knowledge and skills,” Mr. Tan said.

The alliance underscores a shared commitment to making cybersecurity knowledge more accessible, fostering professional growth, and strengthening the country’s resilience against emerging digital threats.
