Business leaders from the Philippines and Singapore are set to discuss how companies can move beyond the hype surrounding artificial intelligence and use the technology to improve operations, marketing, customer engagement, and regional expansion.

The Visionary Founders Summit 2026, scheduled for July 31 at Ascott Makati, has reached full capacity ahead of the event, indicating strong interest among entrepreneurs and executives in practical AI adoption and cross-border business collaboration.

Organized by My Little Big Boss in partnership with Hashmeta AI and ZBiz Solutions, the summit will bring together founders, investors, executives, and business decision-makers from the two Southeast Asian markets.

The program will focus on how emerging technologies can be integrated into day-to-day business operations instead of being treated only as experimental tools or industry trends.

“Entrepreneurship shapes the future, and AI accelerates it,” said Gabriel Tay, co-founder of My Little Big Boss.

“Our vision is to create a space where founders move beyond the hype surrounding artificial intelligence and gain practical frameworks, meaningful partnerships, and regional perspectives that will help them build businesses ready for the future,” he added.

Tay will discuss how companies can use technology and digital solutions as long-term competitive advantages while building connections between founders in the Philippines and Singapore.

Artificial intelligence will take center stage in a session led by Terrence Ngu, founder of Hashmeta AI and chairman of Business+AI Singapore.

Ngu will tackle AI-powered search, intelligent marketing systems, and emerging technologies that businesses can use as online search platforms and consumer behavior continue to evolve.

Meanwhile, ZBiz Solutions founder and president Ehden Pelaez will provide the Philippine business perspective on integrating customer relationship management automation, search optimization, and AI-driven strategies into company operations.

Her session will cover Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization, approaches designed to help businesses improve their visibility in AI-generated and conversational search results.

The discussion will also examine how automation can streamline workflows, strengthen customer engagement, and support long-term business growth.

Beyond AI, the summit will explore sustainability, brand development, customer experience, e-commerce, and business resilience.

Dave Ng, co-founder of Singapore-based PolyGO Waste, will discuss how circular economy initiatives and waste management solutions can generate both environmental and commercial value.

Raion Manila co-founder Kate Osmillo will share lessons from building a hospitality brand in a competitive market, with a focus on customer experience and brand differentiation.

June Tan Su Ai, founder of June’s Pet House, will discuss the challenges of developing and scaling a premium pet care and e-commerce business.

Organizers said the event will also feature curated networking activities, founder discussions, and partnership opportunities intended to strengthen ties between the Philippine and Singapore business communities.

With registration already closed, the summit is expected to gather a full audience of entrepreneurs looking to adopt emerging technologies and build partnerships across Southeast Asia.
