GENCYS Group has partnered with Alibaba Global Initiatives to help Filipino entrepreneurs, startups, and small and medium enterprises adopt artificial intelligence, expand through cross-border e-commerce, and compete in international markets.
The collaboration introduces E-VOLVE, a leadership and digital transformation initiative that combines executive learning, AI integration, digital marketing, international business exposure, and collaboration with technology and industry leaders.
“Our vision is to ensure that Filipino entrepreneurs are not just adapting to digital transformation but actively shaping the future of commerce,” GENCYS Group said during the launch.
The initiative seeks to move participants beyond basic technology adoption by helping business leaders understand how data, automation, artificial intelligence, and cross-border business models can support business growth.
Selected participants will also travel to China for an immersion program that includes visits to technology and innovation hubs, as well as Alibaba’s campus. The trip is intended to give participants a closer look at the country’s digital commerce ecosystem and how technology is being used to scale businesses.
The program will also provide practical sessions on integrating AI into business operations, developing digital marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities in overseas markets.
GENCYS Group said E-VOLVE aims to build connections among entrepreneurs, corporate partners, investors, and technology leaders who may work together on future innovation projects.
The initiative comes as Filipino SMEs face increasing pressure to strengthen their digital capabilities and adjust to more interconnected markets and supply chains.
Through the collaboration, GENCYS Group and Alibaba Global Initiatives aim to provide local entrepreneurs with the knowledge, exposure, and networks needed to develop products, services, and business models that can compete beyond the Philippine market.
