Bank of Commerce will begin offering zero transfer fees for InstaPay and PESONet transactions made through its mobile banking application starting July 17, 2026.
The bank said customers using the BankCom [Personal] App will be able to send funds to other banks and electronic wallets without paying an additional transfer charge.
“Starting July 17, 2026, enjoy ZERO transfer fees when you send funds via InstaPay and PESONet using the BankCom [Personal] App,” Bank of Commerce said in a Facebook post.
The fee waiver applies specifically to transfers completed through the BankCom [Personal] App, which is available on Apple’s App Store and the Google Play Store.
Bank of Commerce did not indicate an end date for the zero-fee arrangement in its announcement.
The move adds Bank of Commerce to the growing number of Philippine banks and digital financial platforms that have reduced or removed fund transfer fees amid calls to make digital transactions more affordable for customers.
