GoGo Xpress has launched a same-day delivery solution aimed at helping online sellers in Metro Manila manage fulfillment more efficiently as their businesses grow beyond one-by-one rider bookings.
The service is designed for merchants handling multiple orders daily, allowing them to prepare several parcels for bulk pickup instead of booking a separate rider for each delivery.
GoGo Xpress said the new service responds to growing logistics challenges among online sellers, including high delivery costs, rider availability, and unpredictable pricing. According to the company, around 63 percent of merchants cite high delivery costs as their main concern, followed by rider availability at 52 percent and unpredictable pricing at 43 percent.
“Many online sellers don’t fail because demand is low. They struggle because operations break once order volume starts scaling,” said Raffy Vicente, president and COO of QuadX Inc.
The company said same-day delivery is becoming more important for categories such as beauty, lifestyle, Shopify-based stores, and online grocery businesses, where customers increasingly expect faster delivery, especially in Metro Manila.
Based on a GoGo Xpress study, nearly 65 percent of merchants already use same-day delivery either regularly or occasionally, while close to 30 percent are interested in adopting it.
Unlike on-demand delivery platforms that require sellers to book each order separately, GoGo Xpress’ Same-Day Delivery allows merchants to consolidate orders for a single pickup and coordinated delivery flow.
“For us, before, every order meant another booking and another chat to manage,” said Ericka Pasamon, 3PL Team Lead of GoCommerce, an eCommerce platform that handles brands including Anker, Eufy, Soundcore, ESR, and Kinetic/Garmin. “Now we prepare everything at once, and pickup happens in one go. It saves us hours every day.”
During its pilot phase, GoGo Xpress said it completed over 30,000 same-day deliveries, with merchants reporting less administrative work, fewer coordination issues, and more predictable operations.
The platform currently supports over 329,000 merchants nationwide.
“This is not just about delivering faster,” Vicente added. “It is about helping sellers operate smarter. As businesses grow, they need logistics that can scale with them, not systems that create more friction.”
GoGo Xpress said the service forms part of a broader shift toward more structured logistics support for online businesses, especially as e-commerce sellers compete not only on product offerings but also on delivery speed and reliability.
