Trio Ramos joins Truth360 Group as Scam Watch Pilipinas Operations Head, Chief of Staff

The Truth360 Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Trio Ramos as Operations Head of Scam Watch Pilipinas and Chief of Staff, effective June 1, 2026.

In his new role, Ramos will help lead operational strategy, stakeholder engagement, program execution, and organizational coordination across Truth360 Inc., TechWatch Philippines Inc., and Scam Watch Pilipinas.

His expertise in collaboration, cybercrime investigation, data analytics, and strategic thinking will be a valuable contribution as the organization continues to advance digital trust, cybersecurity awareness, technology journalism, and anti-scam advocacy in the Philippines and beyond.

Ramos brings extensive experience from government, policy advisory, and private-sector technology environments.

He previously served with the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), where he supported cybercrime-related operations, participated in specialized trainings, and worked with the policy and planning group on initiatives involving government agencies and legislative bodies.

He also served as Researcher and Economist under the Private Sector Advisory Council – Digital Infrastructure Group (PSAC-DIG), contributing to research, policy recommendations, and project development focused on digital infrastructure, digital banking, cybersecurity, and national digital transformation. In this role, he supported policy discussions and presentations involving the Office of the President and key government stakeholders.

His background also includes operations leadership in the retail technology sector, technical support work for a government-owned and controlled corporation, and participation in COMELEC source code review activities from 2016 to 2022.

Across these roles, Ramos has built a strong foundation in technology governance, stakeholder coordination, public-sector engagement, and operational management.
