Huawei has launched the new HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro and HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 in the Philippines, introducing upgraded sports tracking, AI-powered health monitoring, and local app integrations aimed at fitness-focused and health-conscious users.

The new smartwatch lineup, officially released in the Philippines starting May 22, is priced from PHP 8,999 and combines advanced health analytics, sports features, and long battery life in a slimmer wearable form factor.

Huawei said the WATCH FIT 5 Series introduces several upgraded wellness features, including enhanced TruSleep 5.0 monitoring, Emotional Wellbeing 2.0, Cycle Intelligence, and Next-Gen Smart Sensing technology designed to deliver more accurate health insights.

The higher-end WATCH FIT 5 Pro also includes features such as non-invasive Diabetes Risk Study, CE-certified ECG monitoring, and Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis, expanding Huawei’s push into preventive and everyday digital health monitoring.

For sports and fitness users, the WATCH FIT 5 Pro supports more than 100 sports modes, including trail running, racket sports, freediving up to 40 meters, and upgraded golf features with access to over 17,000 global golf courses.

Huawei also introduced new mini-workout guided stretching sessions and support for sports-related applications such as PickleX, Tennix, and Goodshot.

The smartwatch series also integrates several locally relevant digital services in the Philippines, including GCash WatchPay and Angkas support, alongside compatibility with both Android and iOS devices.

Huawei said the devices can last up to 10 days on a single charge, depending on usage.

The WATCH FIT 5 Pro comes in Black, White, and Orange variants, while the standard WATCH FIT 5 is available in Black, White, Purple, Green, and NFC-enabled Silver editions.

As part of its launch promo running until June 21, Huawei is offering discounts, app subscriptions, and bundled freebies for buyers through its official online channels and partner e-commerce platforms.

According to Huawei, the WATCH FIT 5 Series reflects the company’s continued expansion in wearable technology and AI-assisted health tracking as competition in the smartwatch market continues to grow globally.
