HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S 2026 set to arrive in PH as a PC-level 4-in-1 productivity tablet
- HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S 2026
The HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S 2026 is heading to the Philippine market, positioning itself as a single-device setup designed to handle work, learning, and creative tasks without switching ecosystems.
Marketed as a four-in-one productivity tablet, the device combines a PaperMatte display, Smart Magnetic Keyboard, M-Pencil (third generation), and wireless mouse to deliver a PC-like experience in a more portable form.
Aimed at students, young professionals, and creators, the MatePad 11.5 S 2026 focuses on long-session comfort and flexibility.

The tablet supports multiple use modes—ranging from laptop-style typing to studio and split modes—allowing users to move from writing and research to note-taking or collaboration without reconfiguring their setup.
At the center of the experience is the updated third-generation Ultra-Clear PaperMatte Display. Using nano-etched anti-glare technology, the screen is designed to minimize reflections and reduce sparkle, helping maintain readability even in brightly lit environments.
The paper-like surface adds subtle friction, giving handwriting and sketching a more natural feel and making extended writing sessions less straining. This is particularly relevant for users attending online classes, reviewing documents, or annotating research materials throughout the day.
The Smart Magnetic Keyboard delivers a laptop-grade typing experience with 1.5-millimeter key travel, while the M-Pencil (third generation) offers more than ten thousand levels of pressure sensitivity and low-latency input.
Together, they support precise handwriting, document markup, and visual brainstorming. A wireless mouse completes the setup, enabling familiar cursor control and file navigation. All accessories connect via NearLink technology for smoother and more responsive input.

On the software side, the MatePad 11.5 S 2026 runs PC-level WPS Office 3.0 apps, allowing users to work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations through a desktop-style interface.
Split-screen support lets users research on a browser while drafting or editing files simultaneously. Advanced functions, such as LaTeX formula input, editable charts, and presentation animations, aim to bring desktop-class productivity into a tablet form factor.
For note-taking and creative work, built-in apps like HUAWEI Notes and GoPaint integrate with the PaperMatte Display and M-Pencil. AI-assisted tools—including handwriting enhancement, equation recognition, and note replay—are designed to turn handwritten input into structured content and streamline post-class reviews or meeting summaries.
Powering the device is an 8,800-mAh battery paired with 40-watt fast charging and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, supporting all-day use across work, study, and entertainment.
The tablet features a slim 6.1-millimeter all-metal unibody and weighs 515 grams, making it easy to carry between home, school, and office. It will be available locally in green and gray finishes.
With the MatePad 11.5 S 2026, HUAWEI is positioning a tablet that aims to replace multiple devices with a single, integrated setup—bringing together PC-level productivity, paper-like writing, and everyday portability in one platform.
From February 9 to 18, early buyers can secure the device with a PHP one hundred deposit at the HUAWEI Online Store and receive PHP two thousand off, with the remaining balance payable from February nineteen to March nine. Shoppers who purchase through HUAWEI’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop can also avail of a PHP five hundred voucher during the same period.
