ShopeePay removes fees for InstaPay cash-ins, bank and e-wallet transfers
- Shopee
ShopeePay has updated its fee schedule, setting charges for cash-ins and fund transfers to zero effective July 10, 2026.
Under the revised schedule, ShopeePay will not charge users for topping up their wallets through over-the-counter kiosks or agents.
Cash-ins from linked bank accounts, including MariBank, BPI, UnionBank, Chinabank Mobile App, and AllBank, will also remain free.
Users may also add funds from other banks and e-wallets through InstaPay without paying a fee to ShopeePay.
However, the company noted that partner banks, payment channels, and e-wallet operators may impose their own charges separately.
Sending money from a ShopeePay wallet to another ShopeePay user is free. Transfers to a linked MariBank account and third-party bank or e-wallet accounts will also have no ShopeePay transfer fee.
ShopeePay will likewise charge no dormancy fee for inactive accounts.
However, payments to selected merchants processed through ShopeePay using certain payment methods, including GCash and 7-Eleven, may still be subject to a fee of up to 2% of the transaction amount.
ShopeePay said it may modify available cash-in, withdrawal, and payment channels, but customers will be notified at least 30 calendar days before any changes, or within the period required by applicable law.
